Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened dad Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of dedication and hard work and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my story. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to be successful and do my parents proud. In my mind, I knew what the plan was for life. Attend college, and graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Create children. The lifestyle I had thought I would have did not turn out. Money and the prestige of my work didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. I possessed a love of fitness and getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own company. Very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their objectives. I also strive to empower people to pursue their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When my business was taking the air and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of all. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting on Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we may not be able to see it now. Her passing has changed my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin a new chapter. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. When I share my experience, I hope that my words will resonate with you. My hope is to make you aware that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. My hope is that you live life to its best and have no regrets in your final days. Death is our only assurance in this the world.
